Rewards Programme Update

After careful consideration, we have made the decision to pause the StarDeals rewards programme. This was not a decision we took lightly — we built the programme because we genuinely wanted to give something back to the community members who make this site worth visiting.

Running a sustainable rewards programme requires infrastructure and ongoing commitment that, at this stage, we are not in a position to maintain to the standard you deserve. Rather than let it quietly degrade, we have chosen to be transparent and pause it properly.

The site itself is going nowhere. Deals, voucher codes, local deals, and everything else you use StarDeals for will continue as normal. Only the points-earning side of things is being wound down.

What this means for you

  • No new points will be awarded for any activity going forward.
  • Your existing point balance is valid and has not been removed.
  • You can request a PayPal payout for your balance at any time before 30 June 2026.
  • The deadline to submit a payout request is 30 June 2026. Unclaimed balances will expire after this date.
  • Everything else on StarDeals — deals, voucher codes, local deals, alerts — continues as normal.
